Join us for a free all-ages workshop during Ephraim City's Scandinavian Heritage festival. Come learn traditional Swedish painting techniques as you design your own wooden Dala horse.

Curatorial Workshop: Migration as Transition / Amy Jorgensen / 2025 Spring Summit

This workshop is for contemporary curators working in the Intermountain West – providing time and space to map visions for the future. Led by Amy Jorgensen, curator at Granary Arts, we will consider migration through the lens of transition. With a range of professional practice contributing to the conversation, we will collectively workshop vision statements for the future of contemporary practice in the region while identifying gaps, areas of resistance, big dreams and opportunities, points of collaboration, and action items.

Closed Session, sponsored by Sorenson Legacy Foundation and George S. and Delores Doré Eccles Foundation.

Granary Arts invites you to join us for “What’s Your Story?” a collaborative and interactive community exhibition showcasing local stories. Viewers are invited to add their story to the exhibition, responding to the question, “What is Your Connection to the Land?” visually or textually. These responses will become part of our gallery exhibition, displayed on a common wall. 

“What’s Your Story?” is part of the Museum on Main Street exhibition, “Crossroads: Change in Rural America,” a collaboration between the Smithsonian Institution and Utah Humanities, touring in partnership with Granary Arts.
