"We have recently adopted two children from Uganda, Africa. When they first arrived, at six and four years old, they did not know how to draw stick figures or even color in the lines. They had never painted, used sidewalk chalk or glued two pieces of paper together. Their exposure to art and creativity was next to nothing.
